It may feel like you've been fooled recently. Maybe something wasn't quite what you thought it was, somebody wasn't who you thought they were, or a situation simply didn't unfold the way you expected.

What if it hasn't taken you backwards?

What if it's actually been redirecting you?

Sometimes you just need someone to remind you who you are ❤️

I've been a little flat today. I'm not sad, and there's nothing dramatic going on. Just flat. Low in the old brain chemicals and struggling to find my spark 🔥

Then, out of the blue, one of my beautiful friends gave me a call at exactly the time I needed it. A wee nudge. A wee reminder...

Get back to what lights you up!

So this is my message to you too.....

Find what lights you up, even if it doesn't feel quite as shiny as it used to. Even if you've lost your mojo. Even if you're tired. Even if you're not quite sure who you are in this chapter yet

Go towards the things that make you feel a bit more like you

You don't need everything figured out today

Just find one tiny spark and follow it ✨

We have the full moon and lunar eclipse today too. I know that this is the moment where everything starts getting better !!

So I'm sending a little sunshine to anyone who needs some today ☀️
