Love being able to make my own remedies. Poor Charlie was suffering very badly with his ears at the weekend. So i made a combination mix for him.

Within an hour or so he went from being distressed and continually shaking his head to calm and content. Today the redness from inside his ears (from all the shaking) has disappeared 🥰

He now has his own combo remedy which i will continue for a few more days, just less frequently.

Its the small things in life which have a huge impact....

The pleases and thank yous, gratitude.

I got thinking about this today on my way for a morning dip (Im away on a course, but more about that another time).

A small amount of Reiki can go a long way, my tuning forks are small enough to be portable to bring clarity and calm. Homeopathy - small pills making a huge difference...
