We are going to have a Summer Fete on 5 September and thought it would be lovely to have a toy stall. If you have any toys in good condition please can you drop them off.

🍃 Our Wellness Weekend gave residents, their families and members of the local community the chance to experience a range of holistic therapies in a calm and welcoming environment. 🍃

Many people arrived feeling curious about treatments such as Reiki, sound baths and hypnotherapy, but left feeling relaxed, refreshed and amazed by the positive impact they had. The Indian Head Massage proved especially popular, with some guests becoming so relaxed they drifted off to sleep.

Supporting wellbeing is at the heart of life here at Manor Park, and alongside our regular activities, we love introducing new experiences that residents can enjoy with the wider community.

A huge thank you to Dan and Leah from Sunflower Wellness for sharing their expertise, kindness and passion, helping to make the weekend such a memorable success.💛

We were joined yesterday by James singing along a mix of songs from the 60s and 70s.🎶

This was the first time James had sung and played for us and at the end of the performance residents were keen know when he will be back.

We will keep you all updated on this as the community are welcome to command and enjoy.
