Little insight into my evening treating the rugby lads, a very small section of my hour before training getting everyone in tip top shape!!!

A shoulder release, a firm favourite with the lads and a couple bits from a knee assessment for one of the lads with an ongoing knee injury from the end of last season 🙃

Diary now fully open after being off on MAT leave!! So get yourselves booked in for any injuries, aches or pains youd like to get sorted 🫡

Part of the treatment I have used go help with Saras shoulder and arm pain 🤩 along with nerve sliders, deep treatment on the upper traps and levator scap and some exercises at home we have used these methods shown.

You see me start with ischemic compressions onto the muscles which bring on her symptoms, when she indicates the symptoms have eased to the point of not being there I then progressed onto using my elbow to do the same concept but abit deeper on the same portion of muscle, once this has eased I then just use some friction like motions to release off any surrounding tension before moving on to other pressure points and repeating this process 👍🏽

Client results 😍😍 when Neil first came to me he couldn’t move his arm anywhere near shoulder height and could hardly get it behind his back without intense pain due to suffering with frozen shoulder and now he can move his shoulder in all movements no restrictions and completely pain free 🥳 we achieved these results with in session treatments and an exercise plan suited to him and now he is back doing everything he couldnt do because of this diagnosis before 🤩DM for enquiries and availability 👍🏽👍🏽
