Three years ago to the month, Teresa welcomed me into her space and encouraged me to teach at . Through her kindness and support, I met some amazing individuals and couldn’t be prouder of the knowledge shared through many classes as a participant and a teacher…

With the doors closing this week, it’s been very emotional. I didn’t expect to cry handing back the keys 🫣 it’s been a good reminder of the inevitable change that life is, nothing is permanent.

We’re back for an extended 90min yin & soundbath workshop 🧘🏻‍♀️ Happening Sunday 4th December, 6-7.30pm

Join us for sound therapy, meditation, yin yoga and most importantly rest & relaxation. Each pose is held for 3-5mins to target the focused meridian line, with plenty of props for support. Each instrument is selected by frequency to match the pose.

To ensure maximum comfort, we have limited space - please contact Janet or myself in advance to book.

A whole weekend spent in retreat, disconnected from the noise of the outside world and totally connected to the inner breath. Absolute bliss!!

Anyone seeking an affordable retreat where they can explore spirituality & learn a little more on buddist teachings - I couldn’t recommend Meditation and Modern Buddhism in Northern Ireland enough. If the super company, delicious food & teachings aren’t enough, throw in the sea on your doorstep to help sooth those thoughts.
