This is totally out of my comfort zone…

Someone recently mentioned the localwomenmagazineofficial Business Awards to me, and my first reaction was to shrug it off.

We’ve all been there, haven’t we? Comparing ourselves to others and wondering if we’re really deserving.

But this year, I promised myself I’d stop thinking that way.

I am good enough & I am deserving.

Since starting Sculpt & Glow in October 2025, I’ve poured my heart into building this business from the ground up. I started with no client base in an area where nobody knew me, and thanks to the incredible support of my clients, it’s grown into something I’m so proud of.

Every treatment is more than just an appointment to me. I genuinely care about every person who walks through my door—not just as a client, but as an individual. Helping people feel more comfortable, confident and supported is the reason I do what I do.

With exciting new treatments launching this September, I feel like Sculpt & Glow is only just getting started.

If i had to reduce bloating naturally, here’s exactly what I’d do

If I could only choose five things…

I’d do these.

✔ Drink enough water
✔ Walk every day
✔ Prioritise sleep
✔ Eat a balanced diet with enough fibre
✔ Book regular lymphatic drainage sessions

Why?

Because dehydration, inactivity and poor sleep can all contribute to feeling puffy or sluggish.
