I've found lately that I've been struggling with self-care. While I absolutely adore summer, the warmth, the light, the positivity ~ it can become so go go go that I can forget to take a moment for myself to just 'be'.

And so I've decided to share a weekly micro self-care tip. Something that is bite sized, manageable, low effort and free so that you can slot it into your day to remind yourself that you too deserve to pause, to enjoy, to breathe.
