Growing out your grey and choosing a little aesthetic treatment aren’t opposites.

Many people are happy to embrace their silver hair and laughter lines. They’re also happy to look rested rather than tired.

There’s nothing contradictory about that. It’s simply deciding which changes you’re comfortable with, and which you’d like a little help with.

That’s how I like to work. There’s no pressure to look younger or change anything you love about your face. Just an honest conversation about what might help you feel more like yourself.

Skin and features change slowly over the years, so the most natural results come from small, well-timed adjustments and good everyday habits, reviewed now and then, rather than one dramatic intervention.

That mindset keeps things looking like you, avoids the overdone trap, and tends to be kinder on your budget too. It's the difference between gardening and landscaping. A little, regularly, beats a lot, rarely.

The tear trough, that hollow under the eye, is one of the areas people most want softened and one of the most delicate to treat.

The skin here is thin, the anatomy is unforgiving, and treatment isn’t right for everyone.

Done carefully, with the appropriate product and an honest assessment first, it can take years off a tired appearance.

Done casually, it can cause puffiness or linger. So, sometimes the most useful thing I can say during a consultation is ‘not yet’ or ‘let’s treat the cause of the tiredness first’.

You simply sit comfortably on the chair, fully clothed, for 28 minutes. You’ll feel the pelvic floor muscles contracting, but the treatment is completely painless.

Once the session is finished, there’s no recovery time. You can simply get up and carry on with your day.
