Sometimes the greatest privilege of this work isn’t the treatment itself… it’s being trusted.

Trusted with people’s stories. Their worries. Their hopes. Their silence.

Holding space without judgement is something I’ll never take for granted. Feeling incredibly humbled that so many people choose to share a little piece of themselves with me.

Who cares if it’s 26 degrees outside??? Give me hot stones on my feet NOW!

These little basalt beauties from hold the heat and that is transferred deep into the reflexes on the feet taking relaxation to the next level. This is their beginners kit and it’s just perfect for reflexology.

As a therapist I love working with these stones. Not only do they save my hands, the warmth that they also give me is also a bit of a cheeky bonus.

Why not give it a try?

You know that feeling when you think you’re absolutely smashing life… cleaning, fluffing cushions, making everything look perfect… only to realise you’ve been filming the whole thing with your flies undone. šŸ¤¦šŸ¼ā€ā™€ļøšŸ˜‚

I’m waiting! šŸ‘£ā¤ļøšŸ‘£

Tonight’s lucky clients have a blissful evening full of reflexology rituals waiting for them.

Just what the nervous system ordered.

Have you tried it yet?

I absolutely love this time of year. There always seems to be something to do outside, but there’s always time to stop and admire what’s blooming next. Every day brings a new flower, a splash of colour I’d somehow missed, or a busy bee making the rounds.

Watching everything gently dance in the sunshine fills me with so much joy. It’s a reminder to slow down, breathe, and appreciate the simple things.

Sometimes the best therapy is just sitting in the garden for five quiet minutes. šŸŒæšŸ’š

Because healing isn’t something you do in a hurry… and after an hour of switching off, the last thing I want to do is jolt you back into reality.

I leave you to wake up naturally, gather your thoughts, stretch if you need to, and come round in your own time.

You never need to feel like you’re on a conveyor belt of clients here. You’re not just another appointment in my diary.

You matter.

And sometimes, those few quiet moments at the end are just as important as the treatment itself.

I’ve been treating my own toes today! šŸ‘£

Who knew seaweed could be this glamorous? 🌊

If you’re in Dorset, at Studland Beach is an absolute must. Slip into a warm mineral-rich seaweed bath, treat your feet to a homemade scrub, pop on a face mask, and just switch off for an hour.

Beach views, salty air and serious relaxation. What’s not to love?

From the outside it’s just my little garden cabin… but inside it’s your chance to stop for a minute šŸ¤

No noise.
No demands.
No having to think about what everyone else needs.

Just a warm couch, calm surroundings and an hour where you get looked after for a change.

If life’s felt full on lately, if your shoulders are permanently up by your ears, if your brain won’t switch off the second your head hits the pillow… this space is for you.

A little pocket of calm in Corringham where busy women come to breathe out.

Yes… that’s my dad dressed as a lobster. Love him.

And yes…. He’s busting lobster moves out to . Legend.

My hero. My pops šŸ’™ā¤ļø

Tonight’s client arrived with a shoulder that had been causing trouble again.

Life had been busy. Six weeks had passed since I’d last seen her.

The moment her feet went up, there it was.

The shoulder reflex stood out immediately. Red, inflamed, out of balance. Almost shouting for attention.

One of the things I love most about reflexology is that it’s not always about what we feel beneath our fingertips. Sometimes it’s about what we see.

While you’re lying there, cosy under a blanket, drifting in and out of sleep, we’re observing.

We notice colour changes.
We notice texture.
We notice areas that seem overworked, depleted or stressed.

Your feet tell a story.

And sometimes, before you’ve even said a word, they’re already giving us clues about where your body might need a little extra support.
