Supporting clients during Perimenopause and Menopause is a regular occurrence in my clinic, symptoms can come completely out of the blue, often ones they've never experienced before and it can leave them feeling like they're not themselves.

This CPD is one I've been keen to get underway for some time, I'm perimenopausal myself and a lot of the things clients come to me about totally resonate

Totally new, full of all the latest research and best practice, it'll help SF Hypnotherapists feel more confident with supporting their clients to feel more like themselves, cope better with those symptoms they're experiencing, boost confidence and self esteem, and yes, help with sleep disturbances!!

I'm delivering it on Friday 9th October 9.30 am - 1.30pm, places are limited, so get yourself booked on!

If you're wanting to book in, please don't wait thinking you'll be able to book in for the next day - it's likely I won't be able to fit you in.

Please pop me a message if you have pre paid for your sessions and want to know my availability, or pop onto my booking system to book your next appointment.

Clinic returns to my usual working hours and days once my kids are back to school properly on Monday 7th September (usual hours are 9 am - 4 pm).

It's been a full on busy weekend at CPHT Hypnotherapy Training Liverpool for Module 6!

We've caught up with our fabulous students who are doing amazing things with their volunteers - helping them with real life conditions such as anxiety, anxiety related issues such as low confidence, sleep issues, food related issues, phobias and stress.

So this month it was onto the specific way we can help clients to stop smoking and va**ng (including a demo one of our students gained the benefit from!), looking at behaviour styles that can help our students both in and out of their clinics and working with children and safeguarding.

If this sounds interesting to you, and something you might like to do, we are currently interviewing for our CPHT Chester Professional Hypnotherapy Training course that starts in October and our next CPHT Hypnotherapy Training Liverpool course starts in Spring next year.

No previous experience or qualifications required, just an enthusiasm to learn!

Shows how exhausted I was when I wrote this the first time and the caption didn't load...

I'm back from 7 full on days in NYC...

The girl child danced on Broadway - had dance class with and performed with her dance team in .townhall and had an after show party at
and saw her teams pic up on the billboard in Time Square, queued for ticked in Time Square before watching in

We popped in the Natural History Museum to see if anything would come alive like in Night at the Museum, wandered through Central Park and ate at

Ate dinner at whilst Broadway performers sang to us, and had drinks in , and visited (I now understand why Time Square is called Time Square - 🤦🏼‍♀️)

Rode the New York Subway (embracing the fear and doing it anyway) sometimes further than we wanted but got there in the end.

Shared a huge plate of Spaghetti Bolognese and Canoloi in before heading to to watch (it's new, and cannot recommend enough, can't wait for it to come to the UK!)

Got up at 4.30am ride the subway to Brooklyn to walk the Brooklyn Bridge at Sunrise, ate lunch at , saw the city from the , attempted a huge sundae in before crossing the city to see the view from and ended the day seeing the same sun set on sunset cruise to the

And we ended the trip with a visit to

It was hot, the rain also made an appearance, then it was very hot again.

We walked 16,000-25,000 steps a day.

I could sleep for a week.

What an absolutely amazing trip it has been.

Have had the most amazing time in New York for the last week, one of the highlights has been coming to see
starring Chrissy Metz and an absolutely amazing cast. We really didn't know what to expect as it's a new musical, but OMG you really must go see it when it hits the UK!
featuring music by Max Martin that you'll recognise from Britney, Celine Dion, Backstreet Boys, Nsync, Bon Jovi, Pink, it's absolutely hilarious and both me and my 14 year old daughter loved it!

Here we go, the prep for Calm Pregnancy and Birth CPD!

Many of you know my background is in Midwifery, I worked in the NHS as a Midwife for 12 years (took 4 years for me to gain my Midwifery degree so all in 16 years!) and after that I went on the train with KGHypnobirthing to gain my Hypnobirthing qualification.

Hypnobirthing led me to then train with UK Hypnotherapy Training to become a Hypnotherapist and whilst I rarely see couples for Hypnobirthing now, I do get women who want help staying calm, reducing anxiety and fear during pregnancy and preparaing for birth.

This CPD is ideal for qualified Hypnotherapists who are wanting to feel more confident in supporting pregnant clients through their pregnancies and understand more about how Hypnotherapy can help them reduce anxiety and fear and help then remain calm and in control throughout child birth.

It's also an AHD module.

I'm really looking forward to teaching this one on 16th October and it's a full day CPD!
