If you've visited BabyVue, there's a good chance you've already met our lovely Janene.

With years of experience in obstetric ultrasound, Janene has supported so many growing families throughout their pregnancy journeys. She's also a qualified phlebotomist, so you'll see her for blood tests too.

One of the things our parents love most about Janene is how calm, kind and reassuring she is. And as a mum herself, she truly understands all the excitement, nerves and emotions that can come with pregnancy.

Whether it's your very first scan or you're coming back to see your little one again, Janene is here to make sure you feel comfortable, cared for and able to enjoy every special moment. 💕

Meet Shagufta ✨

Shagufta is one of our sonographers at Babyvue, with a degree in Medical Imaging Technology and a diploma in Diagnostic Ultrasound. She’s also HCPC registered.

Originally from Pakistan, she’s worked across Pakistan, the UAE, and the UK, bringing a wide range of experience to every scan. In the UK, she’s worked in both NHS and private clinics, and is currently based at Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust, carrying out antenatal and abdominal scans.

But what patients really remember isn’t just her experience - it’s her presence. She’s calm, kind, and takes her time with every appointment. No rushing. No pressure. Just clear explanations and genuine care, so you feel supported every step of the way.
