Flu jab service available from September 2026 (Private Vaccination)/October 2026 (NHS Vaccination) to March 2027. Start dates may vary from area to area. Free if you are entitled to a free NHS flu jab, or £19.49. Subject to eligibility, suitability and availability from an accredited vaccinator, and at the professional discretion of the pharmacist.

🩺 MenB vaccination appointments are now available to book via the NHS website.

If you’re eligible, don’t wait - book your appointment today to help protect yourself against meningococcal B disease before the start of the new academic year.

You are eligible if:
✅ A current year 13 student ( or equivalent age), born between 1st September 2007 and 31st August 2008 regardless of educational plans.

OR

🎓 under 25 and starting university or moving into further education halls of residence for the FIRST TIME this autumn (born on or after 21st July 2001).

💉 two doses are needed for the best protection with a minimum gap of 28 days, so it’s important to get your first dose as soon as possible .

📱book your MenB vaccination through the NHS website.

Appointments are available for a limited time, so book early to make sure you’re protected before term starts.

For those not in the eligible groups we offer the Meningitis B vaccine privately. Priced at £110 per dose ( £220 for both).

💊Repeat prescriptions - order in plenty of time 💊

To help us serve everyone efficiently, we kindly ask patients to order repeat prescriptions at least 7 days in advance of when they’re needed.

👉🏻Here’s why:
• GP practices can take up to 5 working days to issue your prescription.
• Once received, it can take us up to 48 hours to prepare your medicines - this includes ordering any stock that’s needed.

Please wait for your text message confirming your prescription is ready before coming to the pharmacy.
This helps us keep our phone lines free for urgent or same day queries.

✅New or acute prescriptions are always prioritised and prepared the same day (subject to stock availability)
