🫛 It's not really about podding peas.

One of our July Be There winners was recognised for taking the time to pod garden peas for a client.

It sounds like such a simple thing.

But those peas had come from his own garden.

Taking the time to sit and help meant he could continue enjoying something he'd grown himself – rather than it simply becoming another job for somebody else to do.

And that's what person-centred care means to us.

💙 Not taking over someone's life, but finding ways to help them continue enjoying it.

Well done to our wonderful Care Professional for recognising that sometimes the smallest moments matter enormously. 🌟
