A refresher this afternoon on how we can use everything from body weight to resistance bands to dumbbells and kettlebells to perform a full body workout perfect for women of all ages, but especially going through our peri, very & post-menopause eras πŸ‘‘ πŸ‘‘ πŸ‘‘

And my answer is always: Train Triceps

Which is so important as we age, cos we all want to still be able to push ourselves up from the sofa in 10, 20, 30+ years from now, right?
