As Year 11s come to the end of their time in high school, we take a throwback to last summer when one of the young people accessing our support decided the time was right for them to leave our services.

Parents were absolutely delighted with the impact of our support, how it helped to create self-confidence, self-awareness and resilience in their daughter ready for the challenges that lie ahead.

As we head towards the end of Men's Mental Health Week, culminating in Father's Day over the weekend, we take a look today at why men don't speak up about their mental health.

Although awareness is increasing and stigma beginning to fall, there is still much to do to encourage men to open up more about the difficulties and challenges they face which impacts on their mental health.

Remember, there are a number of local services offering support for FREE, such as Andy's Man Club and Turning Point.
