🌸 Celebrating 10 Wonderful Years!

Today we're celebrating an incredible milestone as Debbie marks 10 years of dedicated service with our Willowbrook Homecare Lytham St Annes branch. 💐

Thank you, Debbie, for your unwavering kindness, compassion and commitment to supporting people in our local community. Over the past decade, you've made a real difference to the lives of so many individuals and their families, and we're so grateful to have you as part of the Willowbrook family.

It was a pleasure to present Debbie with this beautiful bouquet as a small token of our appreciation for everything she has achieved over the last 10 years.

At Willowbrook Homecare, we are committed to supporting the mental health and wellbeing of our employees by encouraging open conversations, recognising when someone may need support, and creating a workplace where everyone feels valued and listened to.

🎈🎶 Armchair Balloon Exercise with a Musical Twist!

Our wonderful Extra Care Support team at Hare Hill, Littleborough, put a fun spin on a familiar activity today with Musical Balloon – Swat It! 🎈

This engaging armchair activity had everyone working together to keep the balloon in the air while enjoying some classic tunes; it certainly beats musical chairs! 🎵

The room was filled with laughter, smiles and a little friendly competition as everyone joined in. Afterwards, the individuals we support and care for told us how much they had enjoyed taking part, making it another successful session focused on fun, movement and wellbeing. 💙

A big thank you to our Extra Care Manager, Nicola Smith, for sharing this wonderful moment with us.

A Spellbinding Afternoon on Ice! ❄️⛸️

Mary, Registered Manager at Lytham St. Annes, recently enjoyed a magical afternoon alongside an individual we support and care for, watching Alice, Frozen in a Wonderland of Dreams at the Blackpool Pleasure Beach Arena. 💙

The performance was spectacular, featuring breathtaking skating, stunning costumes, incredible dancing, captivating music, enchanting smoke-filled bubbles and an amazing acrobatic performance. Every moment was filled with wonder and excitement, making it an unforgettable experience for them both.

Creating opportunities to enjoy memorable days out, staying connected with the local community, and experiencing new things is such an important part of supporting people to live fulfilling, meaningful lives.

If you're thinking of watching the show, Alice Frozen in a Wonderland of Dreams is running until 10th September 2026, so there's still plenty of time to experience this spectacular show for yourself! 🌟
