“Proud of progress.”
Curtis posted this photo yesterday with those words.

On 23 February, Curtis began tracking with Pillars Nutrition on Cronometer Pro
Seven months later, he is 15.2kg lighter.
What does that number mean without context?

Curtis is a proud member and run leader with
Next March, he will take on his first ultra, the 32-mile Castle 2 Castle with
He is already an experienced runner who supports and leads other people on club runs. But one of the most important interventions in his own journey was also one of the hardest to introduce:
Strength and conditioning.
Walking into Active8 gym, learning what to do and developing confidence in a completely different environment required Curtis to become a beginner again.
This matters because our goal has never been simply to make the number on the scales smaller.
Within that 15.2kg loss, we want to target as much fat loss as possible while preserving and, where possible, developing muscle, strength, and physical capability.
Curtis’s original target was 100kg, and he is still working towards it.
But goals have a habit of changing as we change.
15.2kg down. Stronger. More capable. Still progressing.
