After years of wanting to go see the Lonely Tree, I’ve finally been with Fin today. Wow!!! We’ve been told to go back in winter as we’ll get a phenomenal shot with the snow on top of Yr Wyrddfa 🏔️ No chance of that today though 🥵 What a beautiful hike though with lots to see and then on the way home, we called at Conwy Falls to do a spot of rock climbing.

Meet Jeni. This amazing lady is a member of my social team and weighs in my members on a Saturday morning in the 10.30am group and yesterday, I had the honour of giving her her 10.5 stone award. I’m blown away by her commitment and resilience because this has not been an easy journey for her but she’s kept chipping away and has never once thought about giving up. We’re all so so proud of her 🙌 Slimming World

So this is what a Slimming World consultant does on a Sunday. Proud to pick up the Pearl award on behalf of my fabulous Oswestry members 🥰 And we also celebrated our district for being nominated for District of the Year at the Slimming World Awards in June.

I’m not going to lie. As much as I love running my groups, this week has nearly broken me. My venue was hotter than satans fire pit on Thursday afternoon and I sweat in places I didn’t think it was possible to sweat 🥵 But it was lovely to see members coming in (I’d brought lots of fans, iced squash and ice lollies to help cool them down) and achieve amazing results 🙌 So was it hard to try and look cool whilst running 7 sessions in extreme heat? The answer is most definitely yes! Was it worth almost keeling over for? Once again the answer is absolutely yes. I’m so proud of all of the members who came in, achieved amazing results and have a plan of action for the week ahead!!! My members rock 🤘 Now it’s time to go and sit in a fridge for the next 14 hours (I’ve got a run planned for early tomorrow morning so wish me luck and pray for me 😂) Happy weekend everyone 😘

My journey with Slimming World was, unfortunately, too late for my dad to see 😥 Dad passed away 2 months before Fin was born so he never got to meet his first grandson and it was a heartbreaking time for us. I piled on weight throughout my pregnancy through worry and was so overweight when Fin was born and couldn't do things with him that all the other mums were doing. I realised on his first birthday that, if I didn't change things, he wouldn't have a mum to look after him and, knowing how hard it was to lose a parent, that was the push I needed to join Slimming World and sort myself out. It's been a long journey that I'm still on. I've wanted to quit so many times but carried on for my boys and and I'll never ever give up. I can do things with my boys that I never dreamt I'd be able to do and, although I'm probably one of the most embarrassing mums ever, I just don't care 😉 Life is for living and soldiering on through the storms and I’ve most certainly gone through a lot of them 😔 I know Dad is watching over us (probably from up a pub) and he'd be so proud of what I've managed to achieve as I’m just over 8 stone lighter thanks to Slimming World ❤️ Happy Father's Day to all you fantastic Dads out there.... hope you all get spoilt rotten ❤

Wow!!! What an incredible week of results from my gorgeous Slimming World members. Between them, they lost an amazing 277.5lbs (over 19 stone) and so many awards given out!!! So proud of each and every member 🙌👏🥰
