You will also receive some supporting information on bone health and management, from Orthopaedic Surgeon and bone health specialist, Dr Doug Lucas.

How much will it cost?
The cost of all the above is £200.

WAYNE SLEEP FOUNDATION
DANCE AND PERFORMING ARTS PROJECTS FOR 2024

Working with and supporting the Wayne Sleep Foundation we are able to provide further support to students of Dance, Music and Performing Arts to enable them to focus on their education.

The Wayne Sleep Foundation provides a limited number of awards and grants specifically to help with ongoing living and accommodation costs. With the addition of a Hardship Fund, smaller grants can be provided to help with unexpected financial situations that may occur during the academic year.

Thank you to Yorkshire based PEAK Physiotherapy Limited, one of our Gold Donors for making a major contribution to this project. PEAK Physiotherapy provides specialist dance physiotherapy and works with dancers of all ages. Peak Physiotherapy Limited

GREAT NEWS - THE STUDIO - OPENING SUMMER 2021

We are currently converting what was Holdsworths Picture Framers at Three Horseshoes Yard (Behind the Horse & Farrier) into an open space studio suitable for Pilates, Dance, Yoga and other floor and mat work type activities and classes. The first floor studio space will be available to rent hourly. We also have a ground floor room suitable for meetings, one to one coaching, therapies and other uses, rentable by the hour also. We would be interested in hearing from Dance Teachers, Pilates/ Yoga Instructors and similar who may be interested in being part of The Studio. Just a further update from the team at PEAK following the PM’s address yesterday evening (31/10/2020) regarding the forthcoming national lockdown.

Due to all the new COVID measures that we put in place over the summer months, we are delighted to announce that we are able to continue to offer you face-to-face appointments, either in clinic or at your home (as appropriate) so if you do have an appointment in the diary with us, rest assured that we can see you as planned.

We are continuing to take bookings for new appointments (subject to availability and satisfactory COVID screening) at our clinics in Otley, Bradford and Garforth as well as virtual sessions (if you prefer) via our online service, PhysioConnect.

However, if you do have any queries or concerns about your physiotherapy session, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

The team here at PEAK wish you and your families the best of health over the next few weeks.

At this stage, things are very much business as ‘COVID-normal’ for us but, should any further changes become necessary, we will of course keep you informed as quickly as we can.
