Dancing outside can bring such joy and happiness

That’s it, nothing complicated:

Letting yourself enjoy the sheer love of moving your body to great music

Being free to dance and move without worrying what anyone thinks even if they ARE watching

And being your BEST self who is happy.

What else are we here for?

There’s plenty of summer left for you to do the same 😁💃🏻

I have to admit it. 😬🤣

My favourite part of is always the dancing.

This is not just a rave or a conscious dance but an opportunity to move freely and wildly with so much space in the open air, in nature with community.

With no inhibitions, no worries about what anyone might think and letting loose and allowing the energy and rhythm of the music to lead the way to full expression of my heart and soul.

The final dance was so exhilarating I couldn’t contain my joy and asked if I could to join her on the stage with DJ and it was the BEST fun and of course others joined us and we loved the excitement of being up there, the dancing crowd loving it too. What a blast!

Of course, I loved the rest of the festival too. The cacao and dance ceremonies I assisted and , the camping family, the community and the offerings.

Thanks so much to the organisers .cobie and co for making it such a loving and fun weekend.

NB. I didn’t get any footage of me dancing as I was too busy dancing!! 🤣🤣

Essence - this is a poem about who you truly are.

Inspired by nature - it’s so uplifting to be out in nature right now when you can sense the beauty and energy in all living things. 🌳❤️

Essence

There’s a peace and a glory,
That rests in your heart,
That resounds through or being,
Vibrating all the parts:
A wholeness,
A spaciousness,
A place that’s called presence
An energy that’s true love,
Your divine essence.

Have you noticed how nature can make you feel better? 🌳😊

If you have been out in nature recently you likely will have noticed how everything is bursting with energy and fecundity.

Beltane, a cross quarter fire festival is on 1st May, halfway between the spring equinox and the summer solstice. This Celtic festival celebrates the aliveness and fertility of the season as the sun moves towards its highest point in the sky.

Which I could sure feel this morning just after dawn, in the woods, bluebells around me and the undergrowth verdant.

Enough to make you smile, and be joyful to be alive, if you let it in.

Enough, when you hear the strident song of such a tiny wren, to make you feel amazed.

Enough, when the dappled golden light catches the gnarled bark of an oak tree, to make you slow up and breathe deeply and relax.

Even simple acts of interacting with nature, like caring for or looking at a plant, can help us humans feel good, fill our cup, replenish ourselves.

Happy Beltane 😊🌳💚
