Hi,
I am Hannah.

My journey into holistic wellness began following a personal and sudden loss. Having started meditation to help me through stress, depression and anxiety following this loss, I trained to become a professional health and wellness consultant and holistic health and wellness coach.

My holistic health and wellness course touched on meditation, but I found its power so incredible that I attended many meditation training courses to become a qualified meditation teacher so I could help others manage their personal hurdles. I am truly passionate about helping others find that same sense of peace amidst the chaos of modern life.

My two decades of experience working with children have shaped me into a patient and empathetic practitioner, dedicated to supporting others with a compassionate and open heart.
