Imagery techniques are used across many areas of mental health care — including cPTSD, bipolar disorder and paranoia as well as across anxiety disorders.

But many clinicians are unsure how and when to use imagery rescripting in practice.

This Oxford Cognitive Therapy Centre (OCTC) workshop explores how imagery transformation can be used across different presentations, helping clinicians develop confidence in applying these techniques.
