🌿 Supporting Teenagers & Young People

I wanted to share a little more about an area of counselling that is particularly important to me supporting teenagers and young people.

The teenage years can bring so much change.
School and exam pressures, friendships, family relationships, anxiety, low self-esteem, social media and worries about the future can sometimes become overwhelming.

And for some young people, putting those feelings into words particularly with the people closest to them isn't always easy.
Counselling can provide a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space where a young person can talk, feel heard and begin to make sense of what they're experiencing.

They don't need to be in crisis to ask for support.
Sometimes, having a space that is just for them can make a real difference. 🤍

If you're a parent or carer looking for counselling support for a young person, you're welcome to get in touch to find out more.

Why reflexology? 🌿
A little time to pause, switch off and reset can make such a difference.
If you’re in or around the village and fancy some time for you, I’d love to welcome you for a reflexology treatment. 💚

The treatments are only part of what I do...
There’s a quieter side to running a reflexology business that you don’t often see.
The planning, the messages, the learning, the little ideas scribbled in notebooks, and the time spent making sure every client feels welcomed, cared for and able to completely switch off when they arrive.
It’s all done with one goal in mind: creating a calm, nurturing space where you can pause, breathe and reconnect with yourself.
Sometimes the smallest moments of care begin long before you walk through the treatment room door. 💛
If you’ve been feeling like life has been “go, go, go” lately, perhaps this is your reminder to make a little space for yourself.

“How often should I have reflexology?” 🌿
The truth is, there’s no single answer.
Some people come every 4–6 weeks as part of their wellbeing routine, while others choose more frequent sessions when they’re navigating stress, anxiety, hormonal changes, poor sleep or other specific concerns.
What I do know, after working with so many wonderful clients, is this...
The biggest shifts often happen when reflexology becomes part of your routine rather than something you turn to only when you’re running on empty.
Think of it like watering a plant 🌱 You wouldn’t wait until it’s completely wilted before giving it water. A little regular care helps it stay healthy, resilient and thriving.
Your wellbeing deserves that same gentle consistency.
If you’re unsure what would be most beneficial for you, I’m always happy to chat and recommend a treatment plan that’s tailored to your individual needs. There’s never any pressure—just guidance that’s right for you. 💚

🌿 Time to recharge 🌿
I’m taking a short break over the next few days, so if you get in touch, please expect a slightly slower response than usual. Thank you for your patience while I take some time to rest and recharge my batteries 😊
I’ll be back providing reflexology from Monday 20th July and look forward to seeing you then. 💛
A little reminder too… we now have just 3 spaces remaining for our Women’s Wellness Reset in August.
If you’ve been thinking about joining us, I’d love to hear from you. Just drop me a message for more information.
