One post was never going to be enough to share the joy of Saturday’s Taste of Home event. Huge shout‑out to the whole team for the lovely dishes, the incredible dancing, and to our wonderful residents for making decorations with Wendy and Sue. And of course Caroline’s beautiful homemade textiles were the perfect finishing touch. Our faces hurt from smiling and our stomachs are full — what a day. ❤️✨

🌍✨ Taste of Home at Wytham House ✨🌍

Our garden was glowing this weekend — full of music, flavour and the happiest faces. Residents and families came together to share stories, enjoy incredible homemade dishes and celebrate the cultures that make our home so special. Seeing everyone laughing, tasting new foods and admiring the beautiful resident‑made decorations was pure joy.

Oaken holt doing what it does best ...Having fun 🤗To prepare to end the summer in style,we went a bit mad 🫢starting off with a great performer ,stilts and all ,people we love and our famous barbecue ,nothing could go wrong ...Well not untill today s wind changed our plans from being outside on our beautifull grounds😃we were adamant that will not stop us so Coach house here we come 🤗So much laughter topped off with the Ice cream van !!!We loved having you all .Oh and we love a theme so cowboy boots came out of the loft 🫢

Come along and join us on Wednesday 5th August from 12.30 - 3.30 for our incredible circus fete! With stilt walkers and circus skills workshops, this promises to be fabulous fun for the whole family. Enjoy a delicious BBQ, wonderful DJ, and lots of fun games in our beautiful grounds 🎪

☀️ What a fantastic day at Oakenholt Estate! ☀️ Sunshine, sizzling BBQs, laughter, and wonderful company made for the perfect community day! It was wonderful to see families, friends, and the Parklands community coming together,and even better to welcome members of the wider community to join in the fun. ❤️ A huge thank you to Chef Janos and his fantastic team for serving up a delicious BBQ that everyone thoroughly enjoyed. Your hard work and dedication helped make the day extra special! 👨‍🍳 One of the highlights of the day was the fabulous Scottish dancers, who treated us to a wonderful display of traditional dancing. Their energy, talent, and colourful performances had everyone smiling, clapping, and enjoying the entertainment! . A heartfelt thank you to everyone who came along and helped make the day such a success. We can’t wait to do it all again! ☀️🎉❤️
