I’m delighted to be offering Reiki at the next Aqua Sounds retreat with Alice and Bronwen alongside Bernadine.

If you’ve never experienced a sound bath before, it’s a wonderful opportunity to step away from the busyness of everyday life and give yourself permission to simply rest, relax and receive.

As the beautiful sounds and vibrations of the singing bowls wash over you, you’ll also have the opportunity to receive Reiki from myself and Bernadine, helping to promote deep relaxation, balance and wellbeing.

A lot of you know me through Business Coaching by Natalie, helping small business owners find clarity, confidence, and calm direction. But over the past year, I’ve grown, both personally and professionally — and so has my work. 💛
