The same applies to leaders.
Too many managers believe they need to work longer, carry more, and push harder to succeed. But sustainable leadership isn't about enduring endless pressure, it's about creating the mindset, boundaries, and habits that allow you to flourish despite it.
Burnout doesn't come from caring too much. It comes from carrying too much for too long.
