✨ Client Appreciation Post ✨

Results like this are never an accident… they’re earned.

In just 5 months, this incredible client has lost 23.5kg (3 stone 7lbs), but the number on the scales only tells part of the story.

This transformation has been built through:
✨ Consistency
✨ Structure
✨ Accountability
✨ Progressive strength training
✨ A nutrition plan designed around their goals

No shortcuts. No quick fixes. No relying on GLP-1 medications. Just a personalised plan, trust in the process, and the willingness to show up day after day.

As a coach, this is exactly why I do what I do. My job isn’t simply to help someone lose weight—it’s to educate, build habits, improve health, create strength, and give clients the tools to achieve results they can sustain long term.

We completely rebuilt your nutrition from the ground up, focusing on the right macronutrients to support your health, recovery and body composition. We simplified the process, mastered the fundamentals, and implemented a strength programme that fitted your lifestyle and allowed you to progress week after week.

Of course, not every week has been perfect (the occasional Tuesday session after a weekend springs to mind 😂), but perfection has never been the goal. Consistency has. And you’ve continued to show up, put the work in and keep moving forward regardless.

Every pound you’ve lost has been earned through your discipline, commitment and determination. I’m incredibly proud of the work you’ve put in and even more excited about what’s still to come.

The biggest lesson?

The basics work. Every single time.

I’m privileged to guide the process, but you are the one putting in the work every single day. Keep trusting the process—we’re only getting started. 💪🏽

As I take some time to re-evaluate my goals, I’ve also reflected on what helped me get back on the beating track this year. ✨

One thing has become incredibly clear.

I’ve heard every excuse imaginable over the past month. Lack of time. Low motivation. Work. Holidays. Kids. Stress.

The reality is this: excuses don’t produce results—ACTIONS do.

Life isn’t perfect for any of us. Every person faces challenges, setbacks and obstacles. The difference isn’t who has the easiest journey; it’s who adapts, stays accountable and continues to move forward.

The foundations never change and often, the basics are neglected.

The basics aren’t glamorous, but they’re what consistently deliver results.

I’ve faced setbacks too. I’ve climbed the same mountains and fallen down the same stairs as many of my clients. Success—whether it’s improving body composition, building strength, increasing fitness or becoming healthier—is rarely a straight line.

But doing nothing while complaining about your situation won’t change it.

Repeating the same habits and expecting different outcomes won’t change it either.

Every result I’ve achieved this year has come from showing up, even when I didn’t feel like it. That’s what discipline looks like. Not perfection—consistency.

I’ll be right here reaping the benefits of the work I/we put in both my clients and me!

Now it’s over to you.

There are five months left of the year.

🚨 Unpopular opinion maybe even controversial. I’m more concerned about how many people are trying to get skinny than I am about how many people are overweight.

As a coach, I see it every day.

People are chasing the smallest version of themselves instead of the healthiest version of themselves.

Somewhere along the way, “eat less, weigh less” became the goal… and health got left behind.

Being skinny doesn’t automatically mean you’re healthy.

In fact, constantly under-fuelling your body can lead to:

Low energy levels
Mood swings and brain fog
Poor recovery from training
Hormonal disruption
Increased cravings and hunger
An unhealthy relationship with food

The goal shouldn’t be to survive on as little food as possible.

The goal should be to build a body that is:

✅ Strong
✅ Energetic
✅ Healthy
✅ Resilient
✅ Capable

I want you all to understand…..

Protein won’t make you bulky 💪🏽

Carbohydrates are not the enemy.

Healthy fats are essential for hormone health, recovery and overall wellbeing.

Building lean muscle mass is one of the best things you can do for your health, metabolism and long-term quality of life.

And despite what social media might tell you…

Daily consistent movement will beat endless hours of cardio.

Recovery matters.

Sleep matters.

Nutrition matters.

This year I’ve built a leaner physique than I’ve had in a long time—not through restriction, starvation, detoxes or cutting out food groups.

I simply started focusing on what my body actually needed.

More protein.
Better food choices.
Consistent training.
Daily movement.
Quality recovery.

That’s it.

So stop asking:

“How do I get thinner?”

And start asking:

“How do I become healthier, stronger and better nourished?”

Because when you focus on improving your health, your body composition usually follows.

No crash diets.
No detox teas.
No starvation.

Just simple habits, repeated consistently over time.

The real flex isn’t being the smallest person in the room.

It’s being the strongest, healthiest and happiest version of yourself. ❤️

📍 Halfway Through the Year: How Are You Really Doing?

We’re officially 6 months into the year, which makes this the perfect time to take an honest look at where you are right now.

Have you moved closer to your goals?
Have your daily habits matched the results you want?
Has your nutrition supported your health, performance, and body composition goals?
Have you remained consistent when motivation disappeared?

The biggest question of all:

Have you continued to show up for yourself on the difficult days?

The busy days.
The stressful days.
The days when work, family, relationships, and life felt overwhelming.

Because real progress isn’t built when everything is easy. It’s built through the small decisions you make when nobody is watching.

If you’ve been consistent and committed over the last 6 months, be proud of yourself. Celebrate your progress, reset your targets, and attack the second half of the year with even more purpose.

If you haven’t quite got where you wanted to be, don’t write the year off.

The first 6 months have flown by. The next 6 months will too.

The difference is whether you continue repeating the same habits or decide to make a change today.

✨ Results don’t arrive by accident.
✨ Confidence isn’t handed to you.
✨ Strength, fitness, health, and body composition improvements are earned through consistent action.

You still have 6 months left to create meaningful change.

How would you rate your first 6 months of 2026 out of 10?

If you’re ready to be made accountable and show up everyday we have time! There is limited spaces left but if you are interested in

LET’S TALK CREATINE MONOHYDRATE ✨

One of the most researched and scientifically backed supplements in the sports and health industry, yet many people still don’t fully understand its benefits and are frightening to take it or make it part of their daily routine.

Creatine isn’t just for bodybuilders or elite athletes. It can benefit both men and women at every stage of life. 👇

✅ Increased strength and power output
✅ Improved performance during high-intensity exercise
✅ Enhanced muscle recovery
✅ Supports lean muscle development
✅ May improve cognitive function and mental performance
✅ Helps maintain muscle mass during fat loss phases
✅ Can improve training quality and overall work capacity

👨 FOR MEN

Creatine can help increase strength, support muscle growth, improve recovery between sessions, and enhance performance in both resistance training and sport-specific activities.

👩 FOR WOMEN

Creatine offers all of the above benefits without causing unwanted “bulk.” It can support lean muscle maintenance, improve training performance, aid recovery, and help preserve strength during periods of calorie restriction or fat loss.

🌸 FOR HORMONAL WOMEN & MENOPAUSE

Emerging research is showing particularly exciting benefits for women.

During perimenopause and menopause, declining oestrogen levels can contribute to:

• Reduced muscle mass
• Reduced bone strength
• Increased fatigue
• Reduced recovery capacity
• Brain fog and cognitive changes

Creatine may help support:

✨ Muscle preservation and strength
✨ Exercise performance
✨ Recovery
✨ Cognitive health and brain function
✨ Healthy ageing and independence

Combined with strength training and a protein-rich diet, creatine can be a valuable tool for women navigating hormonal changes.

Remember Creatine monohydrate is one of the most studied supplements in sports nutrition, with decades of research supporting its safety and effectiveness 📚

Sometimes the basics really are the most powerful.

If you are scared of “the bulk” or “water retention” don’t be! It’s a myth and the benefits outweigh any myth! Drop me a message if you have any questions 🫶🏽✨
