📍 **East Renfrewshire | HRM Homecare Services**

Are you compassionate, caring and looking for a rewarding role where you can make a real difference in people’s lives?

We’re looking for dedicated **Support Workers** to join our team, providing care and support to individuals in their own homes while promoting independence, dignity and quality of life.

**What we offer:**

• £13.45 per hour
• Free uniform
• Mileage
• Full training provided
• Early access to pay
• Blue Light Card membership
• Part-time or full-time shifts
• 3 days Week 1 / 4 days Week 2

**No previous care experience? No problem.** Full training will be provided.

We’re looking for people who are compassionate, patient and respectful, with good communication skills and a genuine desire to support others.

The role includes personal care, assistance with daily living, medication support, meaningful activities and helping individuals remain safe and independent in their own homes.

A **Disclosure Scotland PVG Check** will be required.

We’re looking for a passionate Care Coordinator to join our dedicated team. In this vital role, you’ll coordinate care services, support our amazing staff, and ensure every client receives the highest quality, personalised care. Your leadership will help shape brighter days for those who need it most.

Responsibilities
• Roster and manage support worker teams
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and care staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Provide administrative support including effective record keeping
• Manage supervisions and support care staff to maintain high standards of service.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and community resources to enhance client support.
• Carry out support plans, risk assessments and reviews of service users
• Ability to manage team meetings
• Committed to uphold regulatory standards

Requirements
• Previous experience in a care coordination or similar role is preferred.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
• Be a proactive problem solver and a collaborative team player
• Basic office skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Be logical, highly organised and able to remain calm under pressure
• A compassionate approach to care with a commitment to enhancing client independence.

⭐ Hours are 37.5 per week on a 5 day over 7 basis. Participating in the out of hours will be required. You must have be a driver with a car 🚗. You may, on occasion, be required to deliver care and support.
