We are looking for passionate, caring people to join our community team.

About us- we are a well established, family run community care agency delivering care to the elderly from Lostwitihel to St Austell, and the small villages in between.

We pride ourselves on consistently delivering high standard, person centred care, whether it’s visiting someone once a week to assist with shopping, to four times a day to care for someone at the end of their life.

About you- you must be caring, kind, and empathetic. Training is provided, but you must have a willingness to learn.
Being a team player is imperative, but being able to work alone is also a necessity.
This isn’t a 9-5 office job. Shifts will cover early mornings, evenings and weekends.

💛💙💛There is NOTHING about working in care that is easy.
Shifts are relentless.
Coming to work day after day, giving 100% to the elderly, frail and dying, is exhausting. Smiling when you answer a bell for the 100th time on your shift.
Making time to chat to a family member when you know your work partner is wondering what’s taking you so long to get fresh sheets, clean towels, a cup of tea.
Sitting with some one as they end their final chapter, silently weeping for all the grief in your own life, dusting yourself off, continuing to meet the needs of the resdient next door.
It never ends.
The pay is mediocre. The shifts are long. We don’t stop in a heat wave.
Am I selling it??
I don’t need to.
Because feedback like this reminds us why we do what we do.
We do it because we KNOW we are providing the best care to those in our home, and those we care for in the community.
Care is a vocation, not just a job.
And I am so priveliged to be part of this team.


“Just wanted to say that you have such a great team with you there . We had a wonderful couple of hours with Mum yesterday afternoon, she feels more comfortable in the chair as the pain in her back is worse in bed .
After having her haircut we had tea in the garden with Mum . Every member of staff are friendly, welcoming and respectful. I’m much more comfortable about her being in your care. “🫶

I'd also like to say a special thank you to your wonderful nurse. She was with dad from the beginning and what an amazing nurse she is. She's one in a million. Please pass on our love, thanks and appreciate to everyone. He had the best final months of his life we could of wished for more. “

For the last 12 weeks I have embarked on a registered managers leadership and development course.
It has been intense, with some deep diving into our own psyches, picking apart our beliefs, values and leadership styles.
It’s been eye opening, and sometimes challenging!
But I’m very pleased to say I have passed!
Along the way I have had the pleasure of meeting some incredible registered managers, who I’m priveliged to call friends. All with the same ethos, passion and motivation for care.
