PRESCRIPTIONS OVER THE BANK HOLIDAY📝
Bank holiday is nearly here, Monday 31st August

Do you take regular medications?
Are you due a repeat prescription around the bank holiday this month?

If so, Please order in time to allow both your GP surgery and your Community pharmacy teams to complete their processes!
We ask you to allow 48hrs from requesting the prescription to it being at your nominated pharmacy, so any prescription requests received late Thursday/Friday may not be available until after the bank holiday

⚠️ ATTENTION – Temporary Traffic Delays

From Monday 3 August 2026 to Friday 14 August 2026, the road between the shop and the Craghead Surgery car park will be controlled by three-way temporary traffic lights while Northern Powergrid carries out scheduled work on two street lamps.

If you have an appointment during this period, please allow extra time for your journey to ensure you arrive on time.

We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience and understanding.

**PATIENT INFORMATION**

Please be aware Northern Powergrid have got temporary traffic lights up on the road coming to Craghead Surgery, they are 3 way and this is creating limited parking outside of the practice due to parking at shop also being blocked.
Please give yourself extra time to get to your appointment.
