Hello lovely people πŸ‘‹

As some of you may know, over the last few years I've become slightly obsessed with understanding why so many of us are struggling with stress, burnout, anxiety, chronic health conditions, ADHD and the general pressures of modern life.

What started as a personal quest for answers eventually became Rhythm Reset - a unique blend of nervous system education, coaching, music and movement that I've now shared with people locally, online and for the first time this year, at festivals around the UK.

On 1st July, I'll be starting a new 12-week course - The Rhyhm Reset Method at Divine Light - Wellbeing Centre in Colgate.

Together we'll explore topics such as stress, nervous system regulation, habits, behaviour, wellbeing and self-awareness, and the power of music, movement, community & connection, alongside practical tools that can help us better navigate the realities of everyday life.

It's not therapy. It's not a fitness class. And it's definitely not about choreographed dance routines πŸ˜†

Just real people, real conversations, evidence-informed learning, great music, a good ol' self-conscious-less boogie, and a supportive community.
