👣 What is plantar fasciitis?

Plantar fashiitis is the irritation of the strong band of tissue that runs underneath your foot, from your heel towards your toes.

It often causes a sharp or aching pain around the heel — especially with those first few steps in the morning.

Very common, very annoying, but usually treatable!
