My interest and appreciation of holistic approaches to health, recovery and wellness are steeped in my own personal experience. Since my teenage years, I have sought out holistic treatments to help me where allopathic approaches have sometimes failed to bring relief. With a background in teaching and administration, I came to realise in my 30s that I was not following my true calling. I made the decision to re-train and pursue a career in holistic therapies. I have built my skills and my knowledge over the years, and it is a pleasure for me to continue to do so, each and every year. Being a holistic therapist is a practice that evolves with experience, research and time. It is my honour to offer assistance and support to those who seek the benefits of holistic methods
I treat a number of concerns in clinic, including:
Pain management and the downregulation of pain
Systemic inflammation
Muscle tension
Fertility support
Menopausal symptoms
Fibromyalgia
Overactive bladder
Bruxism and TMD
Chronic fatigue
Mental health and wellness
Nervous system regulation
If you suffer from any of these issues, holistic therapy may bring relief. I can advise you which treatments might be appropriate and help you throughout the booking process.
I am highly qualified, FHT registered, council licensed and registered in line with Welsh law. My continued professional development is at the heart of my practice, of which I take great personal pride.Β Every year, I attend numerous events around the UK to work alongside my most esteemed peers. At the heart of my clinic ethos is the belief that holistic health and wellness is a practice; therefore, working collectively with the wider body of UK researchers and practitioners is paramount. Moreover, at the centre of each session is the client, seen and treated as an individual. As no two people are the same, all of my appointments are underpinned by considered discussion and adaptability, with treatments tailored to suit your needs.
