"I am Helen and I live in my own home. I have Cerebral Palsy and I am supported by my own choice of carers.

My weight gain had become an issue and I discovered there were no facilities in my local area to enable me to exercise.

I then discovered the MOTOmed bike and now I can exercise as many times as I like in the comfort of my own home, building up strength and most of all my aim is to lose weight.

My Motomed representative demonstrated the equipment to me, my family/carers answering any questions we had and explained different payment plans.

"I have had Muscular Dystrophy since birth and am now 80. I use my MOTOmed bike daily, I started with 5 minute sessions both forward and backwards then increased to 12. After 4 months I can ride in gear 10 and cycle 3 miles per session. Both my strength and fitness has improved, my main aim is to get back on crutches."
