📢 Important update: changes to our website

From 1 August 2026, our website will look a bit different. Our current provider is closing at the end of July, so this change is happening to keep our online services running.

A few key things to know:

💊 Ordering repeat prescriptions is not affected. You can carry on as normal ordering at www.patient-services.co.uk

📝 Some online forms, like sick note extension requests will be unavailable initially. Please telephone reception between 10am and 5pm who will be happy to process your request for you.

🔒 Your privacy is protected. Our new website does not use cookies and does not collect any personal data.

The practice is closed on Wednesday 24th June from 1pm for staff training. If you need urgent medical advice while we are closed, call NHS 24 on 111. In an emergency, call 999.

Please order and collect repeat prescriptions in good time before the practice closes. Routine requests, prescription queries, forms and test result queries will be dealt with when the practice reopens.

If you need urgent medical advice or care that cannot wait until we reopen, please contact NHS 24 on 111.

If you have a life-threatening emergency, such as severe chest pain, stroke symptoms, severe breathing difficulty, severe bleeding, collapse or serious injury, please call 999.

Once part of the Eastfield Family, always part of the Eastfield family. The dalmation's remained with their skins intact and we didn't come last. We call that a win (even if we didn't get a prize 😉).

She didn't want to let you down, so Sooz is at it again....this time with a hint of what the Eastfield "theme" may be this year....
Oh we do love to be cryptic....
Will you spot her tomorrow in clinic or maybe just doing her shopping?
In current times we need to raise a smile and she plans to do that for a very good cause that raises money for local and worldwide charities.

Its cervical cancer prevention week. Here's our Sooz answering your questions on the smear test. We know nobody likes to have a smear test but if you have a cervix and you're between the ages 25-65 you should be getting one. Don't put it off - remember the person doing your smear has "seen it all" - don't be embarrassed, don't fear it and get it booked.

Festive Season Opening Hours

Please be advised that the surgery will be CLOSED on the following dates for the Christmas and New Year bank holidays:

CHRISTMAS
Thursday 25th December (Christmas Day)
Friday 26th December (Boxing Day)

NEW YEAR
Thursday 1st January (New Year's Day)
Friday 2nd January
Normal service will resume on Monday 5th January.

DO YOU HAVE ENOUGH MEDICATION?
Please ensure you order any repeat prescriptions well in advance of these dates so you do not run out over the holiday period. Our last date for ordering prescriptions in time to be processed before Christmas is Friday 19th Decmember but please don't forget your pharmacy may need additional time to process on their side too.
