Lionsgate is here ๐Ÿฆโœจ

We talk so much about calling more inโ€ฆ but how much are we still carrying that we havenโ€™t let go of?

Maybe itโ€™s not about becoming more. Maybe itโ€™s about peeling back the layers and revealing more of who we already are?

What are you ready to lay down? ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ‰๐Ÿ’š

Have you ever noticed that blackberries on the very same bramble never seem to ripen at the same time?
One is deep, glossy black and ready to pick, while another, just inches away, is still bright red and sometimes there are even still flowers on the same branch!
They share the same roots, the same rain, the same sunshine... yet each one is ready in its own time.
Maybe nature has been showing us all along that we are meant to bloom on our terms not when others think we should!
What do you think? ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ‰๐Ÿ’š

Funny, isn't it?
We ask for rain.
Then when it arrives, we want sunshine.
I wonder how often we do the same thing in life...
What do you think?

Thereโ€™s something about old places that always makes me want to return.
Stone walls that have witnessed centuries. Footsteps long faded. Stories that were never written down but somehow still seem to linger in the air.
Whether you believe in energy, memory, or simply the power of imagination, I find places like Brougham Castle invite us to look beyond the surface. To wonder who stood here before us. What they hoped for. What they feared. What they left behind.
Perhaps that's why I love exploring old buildings so much. They remind me that we're all just passing through, each leaving our own quiet imprint on the world

When did we become comfortable overlooking integrity?
It's a question that has been sitting with me for a while.
Not because I think the world has totally lost its way, but because I wonder if we've slowly become accustomed to things that once would have made us stop and think. Little compromises. Broken promises. Turning a blind eye so that we don't cause a fuss.
Integrity isn't about being perfect. It's about the choices we make when nobody is watching, and whether our actions truly reflect the values we say we hold.
This week's blog explores that question with curiosity, rather than judgement, and I'd love to hear what you think.

I was looking through some photos over the weekend and this one really got me thinking...
Somewhere along the way, so many have started believing that joy has to be earned.
It doesn't!
We just need to remember that it's already a part of us.
I hope you find reasons to smile this week. ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ‰๐Ÿ’š

My reiki guide didn't actually start as a book.
It started as daily posts in Reiki Chatters, my private Facebook group for my Reiki students.
I wanted to make the 21 days of self-healing after Reiki Level 1 feel a little more inspiring, so each day I shared a different theme.
Before long, I realised those themes weren't just for my students.
So they became this guide.
A guide you can work through over 21 days, dip into whenever you feel called, or return to when your Reiki practice needs a little refresh.
Sometimes the simplest ideas become the ones we're most grateful for ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ‰๐Ÿ’š

Lughnasadh, or Lammas, marks the first harvest of the year.
It reminds us that before we look ahead to what still needs doing, we can take a moment to honour what has already grown.
Not just the harvest in the fields, but the quiet harvest within ourselves. The lessons we've learned, the challenges we've overcome, the courage we've found and the seeds we've nurtured, often without even realising.
However you're spending today, I hope you find a moment to give thanks for all that has brought you to this point.
Wishing you a blessed Lughnasadh. ๐ŸŒพ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ‰๐Ÿ’š

Some reels are just a collection of photographs.
This one feels like a collection of moments, starting back at Imbolcโ€ฆ
Every image holds a memory. A challenge I said yes to. A place that changed me. A conversation that mattered. A quiet victory that nobody else saw. A dream that became reality.
When I look back, I don't just see where I've been. I see everything that has been growing beneath the surface.
As we move towards the first harvest, I'm reminded that harvesting isn't only about what we achieve. It's also about recognising who we've become along the way.
What are you proud of and getting ready to harvest?

Well... I was going to share a video with you today, but I've somehow managed to delete it! ๐Ÿคฆโ€โ™€๏ธ
Maybe it just wasn't meant to be...
So instead, here's a little update from me!
This week I've been extremely honoured to be behind the scenes filming for a brand new documentary series, World of Monsters!
I can't tell you too much just yet (you know how these things are!), but I can honestly say it's going to be well worth a watch.
I've had such a brilliant couple of evenings with a fantastic team, and I can't wait until I'm able to share more with you ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ‰๐Ÿ’š
