Full day of Continued Professional Development via Therapy-Live completed for us today, wa hoo.

Supposedly the leg extension machine can be useful for knee rehab - who knew 🤷‍♂️

As we await confirmation of opening for face to face appointments we continue to offer remote sessions.

During this unprecedented and stressful time we appreciate a physio consultation may not be at the top of your ‘to do’ list.

However if you are suffering an injury/pain/symptoms we have started remote/video consultations.

It is absolutely possible to diagnose and treat you as if it were a traditional face to face appointment. A treatment plan will be made with goals to reach no different to that of a traditional face to face appointment.

We are also now able offer paediatric physio appointments too from the comfort of your own home.
