I completely understand that unexpected things happen from time to time, but I’ve seen a noticeable increase in last minute cancellations and appointments being rescheduled.

Every appointment that becomes available at short notice is one that another client may have really needed, and during the busy summer holidays it also makes organising my diary much more difficult.

Please only book if you know you can commit 🙌🏼

Any appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged in full, in line with my cancellation policy.

This small increase reflects the rising costs of running my business while allowing me to continue providing the highest standard of care and treatment.

1 treatment.

Working on scapular movement, the upper trapezius, rhomboids, and latissimus dorsi attachment points, alongside a tailored set of activation and preparation exercises for the right side.

The difference? Visible improvements in posture, shoulder positioning, and muscle activation after just one session.

I’m excited to share that after completing additional CPD training in Lymphatic Drainage, this treatment is now fully insured and officially being added to the menu. 🌿

Starting Tuesday 26th May, I’ll be opening just 2 appointments per week for this deeply restorative 70-minute treatment.

Each session is tailored to the individual and may include:
• Lymphatic drainage techniques
• Taping
• Needles, if felt appropriate during treatment

💫 Introductory price: £50 for 70 minutes

Perfect for anyone feeling puffy, sluggish, tense or simply in need of a full body reset.
