🌊 Another lovely afternoon out with our residents, this time to Land’s End.

Taking advantage of this week’s exceptional weather, we enjoyed spectacular coastal views, fresh sea air and a visit to Sennen Cove. We organise outings like these at least once a week, giving our residents the opportunity to enjoy the very best of Cornwall. ☀️

Today we welcomed Duane AJ Music for the first time here at Chypons!
He definitely left our lovely residents with happy smiles on their faces!

Well Done to our lovely manager Donna!

Yesterday we celebrated the graduation of the fourth cohort of the Registered Manager Development Programme, over the last year we have seen 41 delegates complete the programme and be awarded an Institute of Leadership qualification.

Our 4th cohort ELEVATE has been an important step in recognising and investing in established leaders, supporting them to further strengthen their skills and impact.

The graduations have been a significant milestone and reflect the hard work, dedication, and commitment shown by every delegate who has taken part throughout the programme.

Congratulations to all of our graduates, your achievements have been inspiring, and we are excited to see how you continue to lead, develop, and make a lasting difference.

Thank you to Smart Working Revolution for facilitating and delivering the programme with such passion, expertise, and support throughout.

Today we celebrated our lovely resident who turned 102 today!
We also celebrated Easter, by throwing a party and an Easter egg hunt! ❤️🐥🐰🎂

The handmade Easter cards and the singing have put big smiles on these faces🥰
