You don’t change your body by simply turning up at the gym and moving around.
You need to give it a reason to adapt.
That means weights that actually challenge you, enough protein and food to recover, decent sleep, and repeating it consistently for longer than a couple of weeks.
You don’t need to destroy yourself every session, train to failure on every set or constantly change your workouts.
But you do need proper intensity, progression and patience.
Comfortable training produces comfortable results.
Build muscle and your entire body changes. You become stronger, firmer and far more capable, and fat loss looks completely different when there’s actually some shape underneath it.
Save this and be honest: are you genuinely challenging your body, or just completing workouts?
