A brief summary of the last few weeks at Ice and Embers 🌿

We are so grateful to everyone who was booked in with us since we opened our doors 2 months ago. The feedback has been truly amazing and we have met some wonderful people.

This weekend saw quite a few returning customers 🙏 two of which were the lovely Lucy and Fraser Thank you so much, we can't wait to see you again ✨

A special mention to Farm Shop Perthshire for producing the most amazing baked tatties that we often have to keep us going whilst running the sessions 🤤

It was lovely meeting you all and hearing your stories.

And something that really made us smile… so many of our guests last night were visiting the area! 🌍

We welcomed people from Edinburgh, England — and even Japan!! ❣️

We’re now in full flow and are open all next weekend with sessions available:

If you’ve been curious about contrast therapy but weren’t sure what to expect, this one’s for you.

There’s no pressure to stay in the cold or heat for a certain amount of time or follow a strict routine. We encourage everyone to move at their own pace, listen to their body, and enjoy the experience.

You don’t even have to go in the cold plunge at all. Many people arrive convinced they’ll only use the sauna—and that’s absolutely fine. But you’d be surprised… every person who’s told us they definitely weren’t getting in the cold has given it a go and we’ve watched them enjoy it more than they realised! There’s never any pressure though, it’s always your choice.

If you’re thinking about giving it a go, summer is one of the best times to start. The plunge water is naturally a little warmer than it is during the colder months, making it a gentler introduction to cold water therapy.

Whether it’s your first visit or you’ve been before, we’re always happy to answer any questions and help you get the most from your session. ❄️🔥🫶🏻

Pop up Kitchen will be open, Ice and Embers still have a couple of spaces and Denhead Dog Park has moved so time to try the new park out if you haven't already done so.
