We’ve spent the last two days in Perth celebrating Mental Health and Wellbeing, and honestly, our hearts are full.
This year was all about "Self-Care," and it was so much more than just a catchy phrase; it was about making real connections.
A massive thank you to NHS Tayside Charitable Foundation for the funding that made this festival a reality. To our partners: thank you for helping us create a space where people could find the support they needed, all in one place.
A few special shout outs:
Our Volunteers: We truly couldn’t have pulled this off without your energy and hard work. Thank you for making everything so much easier.
Tayside Contracts: For keeping us fueled with those amazing breakfasts and lunches.
Perth and Kinross Council: For your efforts to support and promote this great event.
Grainger Public Relations & Sophie Gets Social: For helping us get the word out so beautifully.
Haud Yer Wheesht Silent Disco & Eden's garden Animal Therapy: For the smiles and the joy you brought to everyone visiting the event. We all had a great fun!
Perth Theatre and Concert Hall Team: For being so accommodating and helpful throughout the two days.
Our Media Partners: The Courier UK, Tay FM, That's TV Tayside , BBC Radio Scotland: For helping us to reach so many people and highlighting the amazing mental health and wellbeing support that is available in the community.
To our own team at Trauma HealingTogether, thank you for working so hard to bring this vision to life.
Most importantly: Thank you to everyone who showed up. Whether you came for information or to attend one of our self-care workshops you made the festival what it was.
See you next year, Perth!💚
