It's becoming a year for landmark celebrations:
1) I've now been practicing as an Upledger CranioSacral Therapist for over 30 years
2) It is over a year since I moved to my own clinic premises (and it's been the best thing I've done!)
3) I became a mother-in-law!
What a year!

So true

So true

When you've been practising CranioSacral Therapy for a while, you’ll definitely notice this:
Two clients can come in, with the same medical diagnosis, and yet their body will respond to what you do very differently.

Why is this?

Because their body will have had a totally different life. We all experience different knocks, injuries or traumatic events and we all store or compensate for them differently.

With CranioSacral Therapy we learn to listen - with our hands - to the precise ways that the body is doing this, and how to follow the body’s own plan to release and change things one step at a time.

Would you like to learn how to know exactly where to start in a session, and how to get to the root of an issue?

Come and do some training with us - you’ll learn a hugely effective and probably unexpected, step by step way to do this throughout our classes!

Two clients, perhaps with the same medical diagnosis, different sessions, every time.

New YouTube Channel!!
Repost from who has created a new YouTube channel!!
Go check it out at

I’ve finally done it....

Edited...

Created thumbnails...

Put them together...

We have a YouTube Channel.....!

It’s called Inside CST.

Over time there will be three playlists - one for folk interested in getting CST, one for anyone interested in training to become a CST practitioner and one for those in or through the training with things relevant to ongoing practice.

But for now there’s just a smattering of short videos Joe Gore and I did last summer...

A few more to come over the next 48 hours with some others....

And I’m open to suggestions as to what you think would be useful (eg I’ve already had one request for something aimed at clients that explains the parts of the body we work with that we call the craniosacral system....)

Anyway, here’s one of the first ones!

Go here to check out the channel (and feel free to do all the like, subscribe and share things 😂😂)

The avenue of cherry blossom outside my treatment room is stunning just now!
I'm out of office for just over a week - back on Monday 18th. I'll check my work phone at least once a day for urgent messages, but my response may be slower than usual. Hope you have some trees in blossom near you to make you smile 😊🌸

📣 Evolving the Legacy of CranioSacral Therapy
We’re excited to share a new paper from Upledger’s Science Team:
“The CranioSacral Rhythm—From Clinical Observation to Pacemaker Theory.”

This article honors Dr. John E. Upledger’s original clinical observations while bringing forward new research that supports the CranioSacral Rhythm as a measurable physiological phenomenon—and explores the emerging Pacemaker Theory as a model for understanding its origins.

When you train directly with the source, you’re not just learning CST—you’re advancing with the leaders continuing to shape the field.
