Hi Wittering!

Whilst the weather is still nice, I'm running ad-hoc classes outdoors at Legg Rd during the month of August, maybe into September too if it is still the same.

Below is my availability this month. Wednesdays and Sundays I have the hall booked anyway so if it is unsuitable weather it will move in there, on the other days it can move online if needed. The best thing to do is join my WhatsApp group if you are interested in coming as I post on here if it's definitely going ahead or not.

It has been hot some mornings so please attend at your own discretion. I do have a first aid kit and sun cream available if needed. Usually at 9am or 6pm it is cool but last Sunday was still very warm this early in the day! There is a small bit of shade available at Legg Rd if anyone needs it and of course if it is just too warm I will reconsider.

Tonight is the Solar Eclipse too during class time, hopefully we see something in Wittering! What an opportunity to potentially see it whilst we practice outside! 🤞🏻☀️🌑

Hello everyone!

I can FINALLY announce the details for the Autumn Equinox Day Retreat taking place on Sunday, 27th September 2026 from 10am - 2pm at Wittering Parish Hall.

What a lovely event this will be to slow down and reset for the colder months approaching in the distance.

This event will include Hatha Yoga, followed by reflection journalling exercises including journal prompts with hot drinks, snacks and cake provided throughout. Then Sara from Sound Spa - Sound Tribe will serenade you with a beautiful sound bath and then we will finish with a circle together to reflect as a group and enjoy some more snacks and social time to wrap up a beautiful day.

If anyone was planning to come to Wittering yoga tonight I'm going to cancel yoga tonight as many people are away and I'm not aware of anyone still planning to attend. Yoga will be on as normal on Sunday!

If anyone was planning to come that I'm not aware of send me a private message and we can do an online session if you prefer.

What an absolute joy it was to teach yoga to this lovely group of hen's last month in Stamford! 🤸🏻‍♀️

A fun flow mixed with balances, breathwork and games to get this wild bunch of ladies in the mood for their weekend ahead! 🤩
