We all change, evolve and grow over time !
Trauma has changed me and others around me because I don't accept what was and am only moving forward..
We can either learn from what has happened to us or spend the rest of our lives dwelling on the past and the pain!!
It takes alot to forgiv and to move on, I am not who I was last year, 5 years before that or even 10,20,30 years ago and that's what makes me, I make no apologies for it ###
I love those that stayed and whom have helped create new beginnings and for those that left, I will always have brilliant stories and memories of our time togetherxx
