And Today I've Finally had to Take my Own Advice!!!

This is not a Sympathy post, But a 'Reoccurring Life Lesson' we all Need Reminding of from time to time.

After my Altercation with the Garden Bin on Sunday, I ended up in A&E on Monday morning. Diagnosed with Concussion & Back Injury.
As instructed, I took it easy, then continued the week as normal albeit at a Slower Pace. I Didn't Want to Let Anyone Down and the Hospital had said I Needed Move to prevent my back from stiffening up.
Fast Forward to This Morning the room was Spinning once again & the Dizziness had returned but this time it Didn't Pass. So I have been Forced to Spend the Day on the Sofa and potentially most of the weekend. Its Driven me Stir Crazy, but I am Very Grateful to Listen to the Amazing Cody Joshua Healing Sounds to Help me Relax & Chill as I Recover

Moral to the Story - Take your own Advice and Accept you Can't be All to Everyone. Looking After the You, is the Only Way to be the Best Version of Yourself for Those Around You xx

💔 Broken Hearted 💔

Yesterday was a BitterSweet Day.
As I walked in, my Heart Broke in more ways than one. The Clasp of Necklace Broke, which i Thankfully Caught in my Hand 🙏🏻
But minutes later the Crystal Quartz Heart you Gifted me Slid Off and Dropped to the floor, Smashing into Three Pieces 😔

Although Devastated, I Understood & Accepted the Work of this Crystal was obviously Done.
I Know Everything Happens for a Reason and not only was it meant to Break, I Believe you made sure it Broke whilst Surrounded by Our Bloodline. Parents, Aunts, Uncles, Neices, Nephews & Cousins all Coming Together as you Always Loved, to Celebrate one of the Little ones Birthday.
And Of Course, You were there in Spirit xx
