🌊 I can finally tell you what I’ve been creating…
For the past few months, I’ve been quietly developing something completely new.

I didn’t want to create another massage routine. I wanted to create an experience.

Something slow, warm, luxurious and completely immersive, where the movements flow into one another and the client can simply switch off and be carried through the treatment.

After months of case studies, experimenting, changing movements and refining every transition, Sensory Flow Massage is finally ready. ❤️

And I’m SO excited to share it with you.

This is a 50-minute, whole-body massage experience performed using warm Aqua Cushions, continuous flowing movements, rhythm, grounding and what I call The Ripple Effect. 🌊
Some of the feedback while developing it has honestly blown me away.

But rather than try to explain Sensory Flow in a Facebook post, I’ve written the story behind it — what it is, how it feels, why I created it and why I think therapists and their clients are going to absolutely love it.

And there’s something else…

CWC students will get first access. 🎓❤️
I’m opening an Early Bird Waiting List before the course launches publicly, with a special introductory price for my existing students.

If you want to be one of the first therapists to learn Sensory Flow, you’ll find all the details in the blog.
I genuinely think this might be one of the most exciting treatments I’ve ever created. ❤️

Sometimes the people who need us find us in the most unexpected places… ❤️

A few weeks ago, I tried lawn bowls for the very first time.

One of the ladies helping us that morning got chatting to me and quietly shared her story.

She’d been living with persistent back pain for a long time and was waiting for an MRI scan. More than anything, I could hear the exhaustion in her voice. She simply wanted answers.

A few weeks later she messaged me.

Her MRI had come back with no abnormalities found.

Whilst that was reassuring medically, she told me:

“It leaves me wondering why on earth it hurts so much.”

That sentence really stayed with me.

Yesterday, after she’d received her MRI results, she came to see me for a treatment.

Rather than trying to “fix” anything, I did what I’ve spent years developing and refining.

She remained comfortably supported on the aqua cushions throughout the entire treatment.

We began with gentle breathwork.

Slow, grounding touch.

Continuous rhythm.

Warmth.

Safety.

The treatment wasn’t about chasing pain. It was about creating an environment where her nervous system could finally switch off and her body could truly relax.

This morning I received this message…

“I felt amazing afterwards and had the best night’s sleep I’ve had in ages. I definitely feel more balanced.”

And then these words…

“I’ve never experienced anything like it.”

Those messages mean more to me than she will ever know.

Not because I believe massage replaces medical care—it doesn’t, and persistent pain should always be properly assessed, just as she did by having her MRI.

But because this reminds me that even when scans don’t reveal the cause of someone’s pain, there is still so much we can do to help them feel calmer, safer, more comfortable and more hopeful.

This is why I’ve dedicated the last few years to developing treatments that focus on the nervous system as well as the muscles.

Sometimes, helping someone doesn’t begin by changing what’s happening in their body.

Sometimes it begins by changing how safe their body feels ❤️

The new training room is complete 🎉
From two rooms to one. This is the first time in 7 years that I’ve had my own room and furnished for us 💖 I can’t wait to welcome the first students next week 🫶

A little snippet of the new training course sensory flow 💖 this was my final case study. Imagine lying on a bed of warm water, feeling supported and weightless. Feeling a gentle ripple beneath you as the therapists uses a whole body flow technique, treating your body as a whole, you can’t work out where one movement finishes and the next one begins … heaven on a aqua cushion 💖
