On Monday, I had the honour of being interviewed by Rob Moore.

For me, it was a powerful full-circle moment.

Over the last 18 months or so, working with Rob and being around the Progressive community has genuinely been game-changing.

But it also made me think…

What if I had started this journey back in 2012?

Where would I be now?

I had another opportunity in 2017 too, but I didn’t take it.

And that’s the lesson.

Sometimes the biggest cost in life isn’t failure.

It’s delay.

It’s overthinking.

It’s waiting for the “perfect time” while years quietly pass by.

So here’s my advice to anyone thinking about starting something:

Stop just thinking about it.

Start.

Get around people who think bigger than you.

Put yourself in rooms that challenge you.

Surround yourself with people who stretch your mindset, your ambition and your standards.

Because the right environment can change everything.

Your network really is your net worth.
