Our evening will consist of beautiful yoga flow, breath work, and soothing guided meditation, followed by a mindful making practice.

With expert guidance and access to a range of materials, you will be encouraged to create and explore at your own pace, enjoying the creative process, without pressure or expectations.

All materials & equipment will be provided and no yoga or art experience necessary.
