Thats the first 6 months of bringing the next generation Gait and Motion Analysis into clinic.
What amazing feedback we have had.
We have worked with clients across all sports and those struggling with day to day acivities to assist in footwear selection but to also assist in MSK feedback to help recover from, and prevent injury occurrence.

Just a little update on Debs...
Firstly, we want to say a huge thank you to everyone for the love, support, and kind messages we've received . It has meant the world to us, and we feel incredibly lucky to be part of such a wonderful community.
We're pleased to say that Debs' surgery went well. She is now resting and focusing on her recovery. We'll keep you updated on her progress and let you know when she's ready to return to work, which we expect will be in around six weeks.
We were also overwhelmed by the incredible support from Friends of Anchor at the hospital today. Their care, kindness, and compassion were truly amazing.
If you're able to spare a few pounds, we'd be so grateful if you could support Sarah Duff fundraising for Friends of Anchor. Every donation, no matter how small, helps this fantastic charity continue supporting patients and their families when they need it most.

.....50k Back Yard Ultra.......
All freshened up with rather sore legs after completing Sarah Duff and the plodders 50k ultra.
What an amazing turn out and some top people. Thank you for some great conversations and chats. Took my mind off the pain. Thankyou to my amazing Debs for coming to support me and sorting my food out. Never had to dig so deep for a long long time.

If you are ever visiting Tenerife this place is amazing for atmosphere and food. Traditional Spanish vibe. Also the meeting place for the Lava Run
